How to: Copy information from one document to another.
Solution:
Copy the data using the 'Copy' command on the 'Edit' menu, and then paste the data using the 'Paste' command on the 'Edit' menu.
1) Open the source document.
2) Select the data to be copied.
3) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
4) Open the destination document.
5) Click in the destination document where you want the copied information to appear.
6) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'.
